Robo Wunderkind is high-tech variant of LEGO

Robo Wunderkind is a LEGO-like robotics kit that teaches kids the basics of coding with fun app-enabled programming.

Like other robot kits on the market, it’s designed to teach kids the basics of computer programming through drag-and-drop apps. But unlike most of the kits out there, Robo Wunderkind is a modular robotics kit that sort of resembles a high-tech variant of LEGO.

The kit comes as a set of blocks. Each block has its own unique appearance and function: motors blocks, battery blocks, brain blocks, and so on. Blocks are then connected by plastic LEGO-like connectors and assembled to form one motor-driven robot on wheels. This is where the app kicks into play.

Combining the modular blocks and app together make for some pretty advanced yet easy-to-build robots. Kids can make their Robo Wunderkind avoid objects with its proximity sensor, make a sound with its speaker when a light turns on, or solve a simple maze with help of some manual control (or clever programming). The only limitation is the kids’ imagination.

Give your child a fun environment to learn about technology with Robo Wunderkind, the robot that anyone can build. Children can build, code, and play all while starting their understanding of electronics and technology. Each block is Bluetooth enabled and communicates with the intuitive app on your smartphone or tablet. Equipped with cameras, sensors, and controllers, children as young as five can make a variety of robots with different functions. These smart blocks also come with an adapter to be compatible with Lego.
